The Studio of Awesome: Space Rental Rates

The Studio of Awesome! is available for use for your meetings, classes, workshops, and other business or social gatherings. Some of our amenities include:

Fully carpeted rooms
Thermostat controlled heat and A/C
Private conference room for meetings of up to 10 people seated around our large conference table
Large classroom for classes of 12 (seated at tables) to 25 (lecture style)
Chairs and tables for classes and workshops
High-speed Wi-Fi (included with rental)
Color laser printer (on-site discounted printing rates available for pages up to 11" x 17")
Projector and screen upon request (limited availability)
Large white board available for presentations
Refreshment station with hot water, tea, coffee, and limited light snacks (included with rental)
Small refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven (bring in your own refreshments)
Available sink with hot / cold water
On-site restrooms
Event planning and support as needed

Need more room to spread out and finish that big project?

Co-working day rates available - bring in your laptop, sewing machine, craft supplies, or other work materials and use our space when you need the extra room to get some work done!

Our classroom has space for up to 25 students (with room to spare!)

White board plus a digital projector and screen are all available for you to use during your classes and meetings

Conference room rates (up to 10 people): $10 per hour
Classroom rates (up to 25 people): $20 per hour
Co-working rates: $30 per person per day (subject to availability)

Standard printing prices (single sided):
8.5" x 11": B/W - $.10 per page // Color - $.50 per page
11" x 17": B/W - $.20 per page // Color - $1.00 per page

Printing with space rental: 50% discount off standard printing rates
Please note: Printing services are intended for meeting / classroom materials only. High-volume printing may be charged an additional supply fee. Color matching not guaranteed.
