Apply for Art Walk




The Studio of AWESOME is looking for a few good artists and crafters who want to bring their stuff to the studio, set up a little display, then hang out and get crafty with everyone for the evening while Artwalk shoppers browse around and buy stuff! 

Greenwood / Phinney's ArtUP Artwalk happens every 2nd Friday of the month from 6pm to 9pm. Applications are open all year-long. Vendors will be juried and placed on the Artwalk schedule as space allows.
Accepted vendors will be notified of their status and Artwalk show date via email as soon as possible.

All art and craft mediums are considered according to the theme of the month. 
Please, no open flames, music, or work that requires a lot of space (it's a small venue!)
  • 2D artists: We will have wall space available every month regardless of theme for hanging paintings, photography work, and print pieces during artwalk. Please apply so we can get you on our list!
  • 3D / craft artists: There is room for approximately 7 - 8 artists per Artwalk date depending on display needs. In general, the smaller you can make your display, the better chance you have of getting in!
  • Craft teachers / creative demonstrations: We are also looking for people to come in and lead hands-on make-and-take projects at the studio...contact Marlo for more info!

Friday, June 14, 2013 6pm to 9pm: GEEK DAD Hangout and Mini Pop-up Shop at the Studio of Awesome (in conjunction with our friends at Warlock Labs!)

This event will be run using a central checkout system:
  • Participants will bring their items to the studio Monday - Thursday before the event, pre-priced using a pre-assigned code to ensure proper credit during customer checkout. (More detailed instructions will be emailed to selected participants)
  • Items will be grouped by category and price then displayed together to make it easier for shoppers to purchase as much as possible at ONE time! 
  • Each participant is payed a few days after the event via PayPal for their total amount sold minus a small 20% commission and 2.7% credit card processing fee to help cover the extra set-up time and administration costs. No sales? No commission required! 
  • Participants pick up their remaining inventory Friday evening after the event during the following week.
